I absolutely loved my time playing alongside Joe. From a teenager at Shrewsbury Cricket Club to first class cricket at Worcestershire, he’s always being great fun to play with.

An unbelievably consistent performer and person, you always know what you’re getting from Joe. He was a brilliant leader too and had my upmost respect for his years as captain in what was a very successful time for the club.

I look forward to some friendly tussles on opposite sides over the next few years and wish him the best of luck with a richly deserved benefit year.
